To process customers of retail store/station in a manner that enhances the business and maintaining the facility while on duty to support the process of customer satisfaction and sales growth. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. Must meet minimum age requirement for employment; previous food service experience preferred; ability to provide exceptional customer service; successful completion of all company sponsored CSR training programs; candidates may also be required to successfully complete additional certifications for this position to include, but not limited to, ServSafe or equivalent Food Service program, fianchise specific certification requirement (cg. Subway) and Alcohol Certification (ABC). Oversee store operations in the absence of the assistant and store manager. Provide customer service and satisfaction. Complete paperwork as assigned by store manager/ area manager in the absence of management. Conduct sales transactions exchanging goods/services for cash credit payment and accounting for the cash, credit and various forms of payment for goods, services provided. Replenish stock levels with existing merchandise to continue sales. Maintain a clean and orderly retail store. Ensuring that assigned cleaning tasks are completed. Maintain safety, security of premises in compliance with policies, procedures and inspections. Direction of on duty personnel in the absence of the store manager and assistant manager. Assisting in store training and development of store CSR under store management guidance. Completion of tasks assigned by the store manager and assistant manager. Proficiency in the use of P.O.S. system, online lottery terminal, money order system, personal check reading devices, pre-paid cards terminal, EBT terminal, counterfeit bill detector, electronic cash acoeptor and other sales-related equipment.
