Sodexo School Services provides essential food management solutions to school districts across the country. We have a potential account opening in Austin, TX and are seeking a Resident District Manager . Our FRDM will be responsible for opening the account and will provide operational and financial over-site for the food and nutrition department within a large school district.

The ideal candidate will be well versed in K-12 food service operations, food and labor cost controls, while also having proven success in driving customer results. Prior new unit opening experience preferred. The ability to articulate ideas, thoughts, opinions, professionally and clearly within all levels of the organization is critical. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to:

Position Summary

Functions as the central point of contact for one complex account with multiple locations, and possibly multiple contracts. Oversees performance of unit management including budget development, client relations, sales and profitability performance, conformance with company policies and procedures and staff training and development. Liaison between company resources and unit operating managers.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree

Basic Management Experience - 5 years

Basic Functional Experience - 5 years
