CORNER STORE Store Manager B/CS in COLLEGE STATION, Texas
POSITION SUMMARY Total operational responsibility for all aspects of operation of store to include sales growth, development, customer satisfaction; provide return for shareholders investment. REQUIREMENTS Ability to provide exceptional customer service. Successful completion of all company sponsored CSR and MDP training programs. Additional certifications that may include, but not limited to, ServSafe or equivalent Food Service program and Alcohol Certification (ABC). High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. Minimum two years experience as Corner Store Assistant Manager or three years general retail management experience. ACCOUNTABILITIES Direction and supervision of store staff to enhance business and comply with policy and procedure. Hiring, store training and development, motivation, counseling and retention of store personnel. Store accounting for sales, purchases, payroll, merchandise inventory management and daily deposits, fuel management; competitive surveys, inventory control, delivery management and EPA compliance. Profit and Loss Management, attainment of planned revenues, expense control. Sales, marketing and promotion execution, total customer service and mystery shop compliance. Processing daily revenues up to 2 million annually, controlling associated expense and yielding profits averaging $105,000 annually. Candidates must pass drug screen and background check.
